TFW2005 member Nevermore reports that another new Transformers toy has now arrived at German retail. The Toys R Us exclusive Power Surge Starscream with Mini-Con Lancelon is the latest German retail arrival, having been spotted at the Toys R Us store in Kamen, Germany.
