Unique Toys, through their official Weibo page, has revealed the next offering their series of Masterpiece Scaled Triple Changer figure to be Allen, a homage of Generation 1 Springer.
Judging from the images from the revealed painted prototype, Allen’s design in each mode appears to be sculpted with more curved edges to look closer to the animation model. In robot mode, Allen looks to have fairly standard articulation, including articulated pointer finger, to assume most heroic poses one can conceive. The figure is also equipped with a gun accessory and a sword that turns into the blades in helicopter mode.
Although official measurements have not been announced yet, images from another Weibo user 烙魂Warden show that Allen will be similar height as MP-09 Rodimus. Allen was also pictured in both alternate modes together with MP-21 Bumblebee for scale comparison as well. Perhaps the most surprising part of this announcement is that this figure is already scheduled for release in September 2016, so except preorders for this figure to go up on your favorite places soon.
