Who’s ready to watch a bit of Transformers history? Recently found on eBay is one of the rarest and most talked about set of unreleased Transformers: the Generation 2 Stunticons! The auction has a little over five days remaining so if you’ve ever wanted your chance at going after this set of unreleased prototypes, this is one of your chances to do so.
Although information about these figures can be clouded at times, we’ve learned over the past couple of years that there are at least 10 of these sets in the wild. Some more information about this particular set from the auction listing:
This set also includes the paperwork with details of what was shipped to the designer here in the USA from Hong Kong. It’s a nice piece of history. All of the figures have all of their accessories, except Motormaster. As is well known, this one does not include the Menasor head. Motormaster does have the mold changes, missile launchers/missiles, and preproduction stickers applied – and the other Stunticons are also at the same stage – nearing production.
